With the first weekend of December looking like a cold and wet one, and to continue our weekend offerings, we have decided to turn our Barbecue Saturday service into a cold weather comfort menu surrounding our signature Smoked Chile Colorado.
Instead of our full Barbecue menu, we will have our Smoked Chile Colorado available along with Red Rice, Fennel-Jalapeño Slaw, Hand-Made Flour Tortillas, Smoked Chocolate-Ancho-Almond Cookies, and our Signature Sauces. We will have these items available on Saturday for both walk ups and preorder as a bundle meal and/or a la carte options. The preorder link and menu can be found below.
